Baercraft Leasing, LLC. is a registered Florida Limited Liability Company established in 2003 to serve as an aircraft holding and leasing company in support of Baer Air, a certificated Federal Aviation Administration air carrier.

Corporations or individuals may choose to participate in aircraft ownership through an investment in Baercraft Leasing. Through this arrangement, the aircraft is registered with the FAA under Baercraft Leasing, LLC., and while Baercraft Leasing places the aircraft into an operating agreement with Baer Air, the investors interest is protected by a registered lien on their asset. The investor in the aircraft is then able to utilize the aircraft at a greatly reduced hourly rate as costs are offset by a return on the lease agreement to Baer Air.
